From 13 to 27 March the Rossini National Museum in Pesaro hosts La Rossa da Rossini. Milva, a style icon for an art that cares, shows 30 precious stage dresses that Milva - an unforgettable artist with a unique style - wore during her dazzling career, made for her by important designers such as Ferré, Versace, Armani and many others.

Milva, a master of elegance, has in fact always conceived the dress as an integral part of her artistic message. Thanks to the generosity of prof. Martina Corgnati, daughter of the artist, the donation of these dresses will be used to start the first project of treatment with art entitled to Milva.

The project will focus on both research and application of the relationship between art and science. Healthcare professionals, researchers and experts from the art world will collaborate to build a path of assistance to people rendered fragile by neurological and psychiatric diseases. The project also provides for the identification of places in the destination territory that present characteristics capable of supporting the necessary balance between human beings and the environment, thanks to the use of art as a vehicle for care.

The exhibition - promoted by the Municipality of Pesaro, AMAT, Sistema Museo, Qualia, MediCinema Italia, Christie's Italia, Boutique Ratti (atelier in Pesaro which has been synonymous with elegance and style since 1945) in collaboration with Manichini Store - comes for the first time to its complete form in the UNESCO Creative City of Music after the partial preview in Sanremo on the occasion of the festival, with an exhibition-narrative path dedicated to the artist, presented here for the first time in its entirety, to then continue on April 5 at the Franco Parenti Theater in Milan, where the clothes will be offered at auction by Cristiano De Lorenzo, General Manager of Christie's Italy (for information and / or requests on the clothes at auction [email protected] ).
