From 12 November to 8 January 2023
On 11 November 2022 at 5.30 pm the exhibition Nunzio meets Perugino will be inaugurated, born from an idea of the collector Giuseppe Cascetta and organized in collaboration with the Umbria Region and Sviluppumbria: two sculptures by one of the major contemporary Italian artists dialogue with the Annunciation Ranieri, Perugino's masterpiece preserved in the new exhibition itinerary of the museum.
The exhibition will be hosted by one of the two Perugian rooms of the Gallery from 12 November 2022 to 9 January 2023.
The two works in liaison with Perugino of the Ranieri Annunciation are one the ideal development of a curve that envelops the two figures of the painting, the other the projection of one of "space", interpreted as architecture, as landscape, as a horizon in a dialogue that reflects on proportions and volumes. Eternal challenge for artists of all ages.
