Built at the end of the 15th century following a plague next to the ancient hospital and renovated in the 17th century, the Church of San Sebastiano houses the fresco by Perugino dedicated to the martyrdom of the saint, signed and dated. The painting, created in 1505, shows all the grace and elegance typical of Perugino and is framed by a very delicate landscape directly inspired by the view of Lake Trasimeno that can be admired outside the church. The church also houses another important work, Madonna with the Musician Angels, originally painted on one of the walls of the ancient church of Sant'Agostino, now the Museum of Tulle. The fresco, unfortunately lacking a signature, has recently been attributed to Raphael after extensive research.
