The Civic Museums of Monza - Casa degli Umiliati and the Orangerie of the Villa Reale will host, starting from 23 May and until 13 October, an important exhibition on the theme of the relationship between tradition and innovation in Brianza and Lombardy, a relationship retraced through a rich selection of works from important public and private Lombard collections.
Made under the direction of the Community Foundation of Monza and Brianza and the Cariplo Foundation, the exhibition, which is curated by Martina Corgnati, avails itself of the collaboration of prestigious cultural institutions and the contribution of private collectors.

The Civic Museums, which house the Monza and Modernism section, are present with a significant group of works from their collections, often unpublished works, testifying to the richness of a heritage that deserves to be known.

A rich program of initiatives: meetings, conferences, educational activities, will accompany the exhibition.
