Archivio Atelier Pharailids Van den Broeck presents the PROJECT ROOM # 5 born from a collaboration between the artist Sara Enrico and the fashion designer Fabio Quaranta, as usual, inspired by the works of Pharaildis Van den Broeck and the result of careful research on some recurring formal elements in his work from the 1990s.

Starting from the idea of drape - portrayed in some small oils on wood by Pharaildis - the two artists reconfigure the rooms of the Atelier Archive by weaving textures between the different languages of painting, sculpture and fashion, altering the way in which the body of the visitor interacts and moves in space.

The aesthetic and formal distance between the work of Pharaildis Van den Broeck and that of Sara Enrico and Fabio Quaranta becomes fertile ground for unprecedented procedural flourishes.The emotional minimalism of Enrico's sculptures which is counterpointed by the essential rigor of the Quaranta editions are placed in contrast with the overwhelming materiality of the works of Van den Broeck.
