From 9 October to 8 January 2023
Grazia Varisco is one of the protagonists of European art. For the spaces of the Biscozzi Foundation | Rimbaud has elaborated an itinerary of seventeen works dating from 1957-1959 and 2009 in relation to each other.
A path, in short, in which the individual pieces go to constitute a unitary body, while each retaining its own individuality. The stubbornness of Grazia Varisco is a characteristic element of her modus operandi, and must be understood as a formal and expressive commitment. It is a question of the need to always go beyond the experimented solution, in order to find new contents and the most suitable ways of expressing them from time to time.
Of course, some constants remain, and the aim of this exhibition is to identify the main ones, which make it possible to read such a large production within a coherent interpretative framework.
