The program of exhibitions of the young artists of the Ligustica Academy of Fine Arts continues in the Project Room of the Villa Croce Museum.

From 10 February the exhibition Superfici significanti, dedicated to the works of the students of the School of Artistic Planning for the Enterprise (specifically of the two-year specialist course in Photography).

The leitmotif of the shows is the concept of "signifying surfaces", i.e. the moment in which the photographer and the camera merge into an invisible function. The projects of Silvia Mazzella, Virginia Pollesel, Lorenzo Ravera, Francesca Segnan will be shown, which will explore the different modalities of photography. Specifically, Lorenzo Ravera and Francesca Segnan will focus on the concept of "unique piece in art" with works created with the cyanotype technique, Silvia Mazzella will analyze the roles within the family through videos and digital media, and Virginia Pollesel will propose a diary underwear imbued with existential melancholy. The Project Room of Villa Croce is a "work in progress" educational laboratory organized by the School of Art Education of the Ligustica Academy of Fine Arts in Genoa and dedicated to students, during which research activities, workshops and development of artistic projects coordinated by teachers.
