From November 20, 2025 to January 25, 2026 (press conference and inauguration on November 19), Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi and IED Florence present Bones of Tomorrow, the first institutional solo exhibition in Italy of the Georgian artist Andro Eradze. The project brings together a selection of videos, photographs, and installations specifically conceived for two venues: the Project Space of Palazzo Strozzi and the former Teatro dell'Oriuolo, home of IED Florence.

Conceived as a unified path between the two spaces, the exhibition invites visitors to explore Eradze's visual imagery where time flows in multiple directions, the relationship between cause and effect disappears, and images take on an enigmatic character. Andro Eradze's artistic research is marked by the coexistence of opposing forces and the exploration of border areas where the natural and the artificial, the domestic and the wild, the human and the animal meet. His works are situated in a liminal zone where oppositions do not cancel each other out but remain open, generating a constant sense of anticipation and ambiguity.

The title of the project Bones of Tomorrow evokes the presence of what is not yet visible, of something that is taking shape. The "bones" represent what remains over time: material traces and memories that survive life. Combined with "Tomorrow," they suggest that the future does not arise from nothing but is built from what remains, from fragments and legacies that accompany us. The exhibition explores this tension between permanence and transformation, where absence becomes an integral part of presence and remnants intertwine with what is yet to come. Decomposing fruits, sharp fences, flowers and animals in flames tell of an elusive reality, in constant flux, where different temporal planes overlap and every form of life transforms into another.
