The exhibition States of mind. Art and psyche between Previati and Boccioni offers a new look at Italian art of the late nineteenth century. The poetics of moods will be investigated for the first time and with it one of the fundamental contributions of our country to modern art. Manifest paintings such as Giovanni Segantini's Ave Maria a transshipment, Gaetano Previati's Maternity, Umberto Boccioni's triptych of the States of mind and other important works of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, take visitors on a journey into the territories of the spirit.
