Since 2008, the FEC has brought contemporary art to the business world as a didactic and methodological tool aimed at corporate training. In the training activities conceived and promoted by the foundation, internationally renowned artists work on the creation of a work of art with the employees of a company, assisted by a managerial trainer and a contemporary art curator. The works of art that make up the Elica Corporate Collection are the result of the interaction between employees and internationally renowned artists during these activities.
