The exhibition “ Manet. Noir et blanc ” pays homage to a revolutionary artist, born and raised in 19th century Paris, a superb portraitist and spiritual father of Impressionism: Édouard Manet . A unique opportunity to get to know and be able to appreciate an exceptional corpus made up of 30 engraved masterpieces , from the prestigious Strölin edition, which catapult us into Paris at the end of the 19th century, in a metropolis full of creative and cultural ferment at the precise moment when, in the history of art, the transition to modernity is recorded.

The exhibition, conceived and produced by the N.9 Association and curated by Alessandro Mario Toscano and Marco Toscano, celebrates Manet's brilliant achievements as a graphic artist.

The exhibition will be hosted in the refined rooms of the National Gallery of Cosenza from 24 March to 25 April 2023 .
