The Spielzeug Welten Museum Basel, located at Steinenvorstadt 1, in the heart of the city, is the largest toy museum in Europe, with over 6,000 pieces on display: teddy bears, dolls, dollhouses, miniature shops, and motorized carousels. The collection includes over 2,500 historical teddy bears, making it one of the most important in the world for variety and quality.

Spread over four floors and more than 1,000 m², the museum presents themed scenes that evoke childhood moments: a school, a toy car track, a playground, or a toy shop scene. The experience becomes interactive: through the museum's Wi-Fi, smartphones or tablets turn into animated guides that tell the story of the exhibited toys.
