Giuseppe Carta's project. Epiphany of the Earth, centered on the fruits of the earth, typical of the Apulian production, will show the public an articulated corpus of sculptures and paintings, adapting itself to every architectural context. Lemons, onions, grapes and giant chili peppers in bronze and polychrome resins, will give new life to the interior and exterior spaces of some of the most famous places in the culture of the Puglia museum complex. In Gioia del Colle, two works will be presented with which the artist intends to pay tribute to Pier Paolo Pasolini.
Giuseppe Carta's language alternates the two-dimensionality of the canvas to the monumental format of the all-round models and aims to construct visual narratives that arise as apparitions produced by the earth, and grow as architectures that take shape in the space in which the work is conceived.
