Rafael Yossef Herman investigates light as a physical element and protagonist of space-time. Encapsulating the imperceptible and the imaginary, Herman's recreated realities examine the limits of surreality and transport to a place beyond the reach of everyday sight, engaging the viewer with what they cannot see in the darkness of the night and using the absence as a visual vocabulary, through installation, light, photography with aspects of performance arts.
