The works that the young artist creates with scraps of tires were born in parallel with the sculptures carved in marble. These are animals, living beings, composed of a material that nature does not produce. The artistic gesture wants to underline how the hand of man is capable of influencing the planet and all the creatures that inhabit it. A deep and esoteric meaning is hidden behind the work "Dead of Cuddle", located on the Birago staircase in the Eastern Garden, a work made of recycled tires that represents a belly-up griffin, a legendary creature with the body of a lion and the eagle head, connected to earthly and divine reality. Inside, at the end of the tour of the Royal Palace, in an almost anonymous passage, you will find "SeaHorse", a work composed of a marine creature made of tires with a cotton swab of Carrara marble and flakes of pure gold, carved by hand without the use of machines.
