Donated by the Comm. Dr. Ippolito Bessone, Genoa. Historiography claims that this canvas results from the dismemberment of a larger painting - Fini 'd tribule, exhibited at the Turin Promotrice in 1903. No historical documentation of this has been found. Derelitti appeared as an anonymous painting in Olivero's Parisian solo show of 1910.
