Mario Botta is a Swiss architect and sculptor. Its architecture, greatly influenced by Le Corbusier, Carlo Scarpa and Louis Kahn, is characterized by a remarkable pragmatism and by the creation of a strong and geometric architectural space, often covered with terracotta bricks built with a careful design of the architectural detail.
