Born in Chieti on October 18, 1886. He studied in Naples at that Institute of Fine Arts, under the guidance of Giuseppe Casciaro, and made his debut at the Promoter. Landscape painter, marinist, portraitist, he has participated in many national exhibitions, and among the buyers of his works are the King, the Society of Fine Arts, the Municipality of Naples.
