Accepted the Artsupp Card
The exhibition curated by Paolo Torriti , organized by the Ivan Bruschi Foundation and supported by the Cr Firenze Foundation , aims to raise awareness of the Arezzo goldsmith design as a manifestation of human ingenuity, creativity and costume. The creation of jewels has always been the challenge of the craftsman to the precious material, to whose intrinsic value he undertakes to add the frieze of a refined and unique art, in which the design and the prototype become an artistic event.
Through the projects and jewels of Bruno Galoppi , rightly considered the first real jewelry designer from Arezzo, the trends, design and fashion of the Italian company and of UNOAERRE production from the 1950s to the 1970s, of which Galoppi was an employee. Each section of the exhibition is enriched by a repertoire of images that trace the history of the years in which Bruno Galoppi worked and with paintings of the twentieth century by Nativi, Cagli, De Gregorio and the great master Alberto Burri , which underline that virtuous dialogue of assonances and references existing between the two arts in the artist's training and production period.
