What is the best way to understand a work if not through the explanation of the artist himself?

On the occasion of the temporary exhibition "Antonio Barrese: Morphologies of Light", the Marcello Morandini Foundation is pleased to invite the public to two free conferences, designed as moments of in-depth exploration and dialogue around the artistic research themes of Antonio Barrese.

The two events will take place on Friday, October 9 and a Friday in December (to be defined), with Antonio Barrese, who will guide participants through his creative journey, sharing the ideas, experiments, and reflections that gave rise to the exhibited works, and Stefania Gaudiosi, the curator of the exhibition, who will offer a critical reading of the exhibition project, delving into the relationship between light, perception, and artistic research that characterizes Barrese's work.

Two unique opportunities to get to know the exhibition up close, engage with its protagonists, and delve into the themes that animate "Antonio Barrese: Morphologies of Light" from complementary perspectives.
