Elisa Bertaglia , although preferring the pictorial medium, presents an eclectic and multifaceted language, also creating sculptural works, installations, wall paintings and site-specific projects.
For his intervention at Palazzo Madama within the Art Site Fest project, curated by Domenico Maria Papa, Bertaglia proposes a luminous installation work on the ceiling, which aims to fit in full harmonious dialogue with the strongly characterized environment of the Medieval Court .
According to this, the artist has created a work consisting of a double luminous design traced only by a thin line of LEDs which, horizontally hooked to the four central pillars of the room, offers itself to the viewer in a view from the bottom upwards, standing out on the cross vault of the ceiling.
Art Site Fest "Mending the World" (also referring to the oriental technique of kintsukuroi) addresses the more topical theme " of fragility and the ability to repair the ruptures that occur in history, in social ties, in the environment " .
