The Vero Stoppioni Contemporary Art Gallery, inaugurated in 1990, is housed in a building from the early twentieth century and collects about 300 works acquired on the occasion of the editions of the Campigna Award starting in 1955. The Vero Stoppioni Gallery collects the most interesting Italian artistic trends from the second postwar period to today. The open-air Sculpture Park, located in the riverbed of the Bidente river, is connected to the Gallery, with installations created by internationally renowned artists. The gallery owns works by nationally and internationally renowned artists, such as Fabrizio Plessi, Mattia Moreni, Piero Ruggeri, Francesco Somaini, Pompilio Mandelli, Enzo Brunori, Giannetto Fieschi, Alberto Sughi, Eugène Berman, Giovanni Korompay, Aldo Borgonzoni, just to do some name, together with works by painters from the Romagna area. A privileged place within the collection is dedicated to Mattia Moreni.
