From 23 September to 31 October 2020
On Wednesday 23 September 2020, the solo exhibition by Sandro Mele entitled Paradigma curated by Raffaele Gavarro opens at AlbumArte, an independent space for contemporary art. On display are the 75 portraits of the members of the Commission for the Constitution, also known as the Commission of 75, which on 15 July 1946 was in charge of drafting our Constitutional Charter. Seventy-five portraits painted in black and white on paper, measuring 100x70 cm each, will occupy the large walls of the great room of the space.
An assembly of characters and images that will ideally and conceptually connect to a video on the initiatives of the Committee of the Certosa district of Rome (near via di Tor Pignattara) in the projection room, told by its animators, a group of citizens who he is directly committed to improving the life of his community.
