From 26 April to 27 May 2018
Seventeen light-boxes, quadrangular structures in which the artist mixes art and nature, starting from a series of photographs related to the life of Cardinal Ferdinando de 'Medici during his stay in Rome, from 1577 to 1588. The fil rouge of the works is the theme of the garden: Ileana Florescu has in fact reproduced seventeen royal plans of flower beds, taken from the Book of compartments of gardens of the late sixteenth century by Giuseppe Casabona, botanist in the service of Francesco I de 'Medici.
