With a major exhibition dedicated to one of the absolute protagonists of 20th-century art, the Fondazione Roma, in collaboration with the Fundació Gala-Salvador Dalí, with the organizational support of MondoMostre and under the patronage of the Embassy of Spain, presents the exhibition Dalí. Revolution and Tradition, scheduled from October 17, 2025, to February 1, 2026, at Palazzo Cipolla, Museo del Corso - Polo museale, in the heart of Rome. The exhibition "Dalí. Revolution and Tradition" is part of the cultural activities promoted by the Fondazione Roma, which has aimed to give the city a comprehensive museum institution, placing the visitor at the center and drawing inspiration from fundamental values such as inclusion, commitment to the territory, and cultural promotion. The Museo del Corso - Polo museale, now a true cultural hub and beating heart of city life, officially opened its doors on the occasion of one of the most significant events of the Jubilee: the free exhibition of Marc Chagall's masterpiece, "The White Crucifixion," from November 2024 to January 2025. Since its inauguration, the Polo Museale, which includes Palazzo Cipolla and Palazzo Sciarra Colonna, has already welcomed over 220,000 visitors. The exhibition that has just concluded, "Picasso the Stranger," has received great acclaim, visited by over 80,000 people, with extraordinary participation in educational paths, workshops for children and schools, public conferences, and inclusive activities carried out in collaboration with organizations such as Caritas Roma, the Community of Sant'Egidio, the Bambino Gesù Association, the Villaggio Fondazione Roma, and the Day Center of the Fondazione Sanità e Ricerca. The new exhibition project dedicated to Salvador Dalí is in full continuity with this cultural and social vision, ideally continuing the dialogue with Pablo Picasso, an artist with whom Dalí had a deep and ambivalent relationship throughout his career.
