Inside the Rocca, an ancient medieval castle, is the Museum of Riva del Garda, the main seat of the MAG Alto Garda Museum together with the Apponale Tower and the forts of Mount Brione.

Overlooking the waters of Lake Garda, the permanent sections, the spaces reserved for temporary exhibitions and the INvento laboratory-area for children and families coexist in the museum. History, archeology, landscape, art and contemporaneity dialogue in a reciprocal confrontation whose outcome is the product of a research that looks at its own heritage to interpret the present and the future.
