The Paper Museum of Pescia inaugurates the exhibition activity of the year 2023 with the second edition of the exhibition project, curated by Ilaria Bernardi, entitled 20x15. Works on paper for the Magnani Historical Archive in Pescia, with the aim of reviving the intense relationship that existed in the past between the artists and the Enrico Magnani Pescia Paper. If the first edition of the project, held in January 2019, saw the involvement of ten artists of different generations, all born in Tuscany, including Marco Bagnoli and Remo Salvadori, the second edition extends the geographical border to all of Italy but narrows the generational interval to artists born between 1965 and 1995 with the aim of promoting above all the younger artists. The ten artists invited to participate are in fact: Gianni Caravaggio (S. Giovanni, Chieti, 1968), Irene Dionisio (Turin, 1986), Binta Diaw (Milan, 1995), Silvia Giambrone (Agrigento, 1981), Loris Cecchini (Milan, 1969), Eva Marisaldi (Bologna, 1966), Elena Mazzi (Reggio Emilia, 1984), Arcangelo Sassolino (Montecchio Maggiore, Vicenza, 1967), Vedovamazzei (Stella Scala, Naples, 1964 and Simeone Crispino, Naples, 1962), Luca Vitone (Genoa, 1964).
The exhibition can be visited free of charge during the museum's opening hours.
