The Norfolk Tank Museum displays a collection of military vehicles, weapons and military items mainly from the 20th century and from the Cold War period. You know the tanks and armored cars are in working order. Exhibits include artillery, uniforms and a large collection of British small arms.

Currently the collection includes the replica of the WWI Mk 4 tank built for Channel 4, a unique collection of Centurion tanks: an AVRE (Armored Vehicle Royal Engineers), a Mk13 Gun Tank and an ARV (Armored Recovery Vehicle).

Our Chieftain battle tank, Saladin reconnaissance armored car, and WWI Mk 4 attract a crowd. You can climb inside and experience the cramped atmosphere of a turret, just like the crew did.
