One Planet Expo is the permanent exhibition of the Museon-Omniversum and is based on the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals formulated by the United Nations. The exhibition presents and investigates topics such as energy, climate change, discrimination, overfishing or water pollution.

The Museon also hosts smaller permanent exhibits on a variety of topics, such as Romans, prehistory, satellites, volcanoes, and life at the North Pole.
