From 29 January to 29 January 2022
Saturday 29 January 2022 at 12.00 , the Museum and Real Bosco di Capodimonte, in collaboration with Le Nuvole, proposes a themed guided tour to reflect on the “Day of Remembrance”. Visitors will be led into the rooms of the Museum by an art historian, to admire all those works that were stolen during the Fascist era, during the Second World War. Thanks to the intervention of a secret agent, Rodolfo Siviero, engaged in the search for these treasures stolen by the Nazis, many works were later recovered. A path that accompanies the public to discover Titian's Portrait of a Girl, Colantonio's San Girolamo, Raphael's Madonna del Divino Amore, Parmigianino's Antea, Sebastiano del Piombo's Madonna del Velo, Giovanni Bellini's Transfiguration, Pieter Brueghel the Elder's Parable of the Blind and many more. The works, finally returned "home", are now exhibited for the pleasure of all visitors.
