The show

A fascinating and mysterious sailor is about to arrive in Naples: the great exhibition dedicated to the world comic master Hugo Pratt (1927 - 1995) will take place at MANN, from 25 April to 9 September 2019.
Entitled "Corto Maltese. Un viaggio straordinario", the exhibition is organized by COMICON in synergy with Patrizia Zanotti of CONG and is part of the OBVIA project (Out Of Boundaries Viral Art Dissemination) of the University of Naples Federico II for the MANN.
Sponsored by the Municipality of Naples and realized in collaboration with Rizzoli Lizard, the exhibition brings together about 100 pieces including tables, sketches, photographs and enlargements and is presented as a suggestive and rich journey through the world of a solitary character, wanderer, leader and sailor at the time himself, unpredictable and witty in his lines.
The exhibition is part of the broader cooperation framework between MANN and COMICON, with the aim of establishing an interaction and dialogue between archeology and new art forms, capable of intercepting the passions and tastes of the youngest.
