From 11 June to 1 September 2018
The creative adventure of Pierre Peyrolle will open a new window on contemporary art at the National Archaeological Museum of Naples: from 11 June to 1 September, the French artist, born in 1945, will talk about the multiform meanings of the landscape, understood as a geographical reality, human, metaphysical background to everyday life.
Interpreter of a cultured painting, which re-elaborates suggestions coming from the history of European architecture and archeology, Peyrolle investigates "the depth of the artifice", almost "photographing" the complexity revealed by pictorial fiction.
