From 30 April to 7 September 2020 , at the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, comes MOEBIUS - In search of time, the largest exhibition in Italy dedicated to Moebius (Jean Henri Gaston Giraud, 1938 - 2012), one of the most important cartoonists and illustrators of all time, the greatest exponent of the Ninth French art and author of visionary works known and translated all over the world such as Blueberry, Arzach, The Hermetic Garage or L'incal. The exhibition celebrates the art of Moebius, but also his particular bond with Italy and with Naples, the protagonist city of comic stories See Naples and Die and then see Naples: "It's strange, every time I work on a story that regarding Naples there are no problems: everything goes smoothly. Naples has something that fascinates me, that always touches me in a special way ... ”(Moebius, Mourir et Voir Naples, Paris 2000). The exhibition itinerary will immerse visitors in the imaginative universe of Moebius through comic strips, sketches, paintings, watercolors, reproductions and Augmented Reality, photographs, volumes and magazines.
The exhibition is organized by COMICON under the artistic direction of Moebius Production, is part of the OBVIA (Out Of Boundaries Viral Art Dissemination) project of the University of Naples Federico II for the MANN and is sponsored by the Campania Region, by the Municipality of Naples and the Institut Français.

The exhibition is accompanied by the MOEBIUS catalog - In search of time with unpublished texts signed by experts such as Luca Boschi, Ferruccio Giromini, but also foreign voices such as that of Patrick Blϋmel who followed the processing of Augmented Realities.
