Founded in 1743 by King Charles of Bourbon and his wife, Queen Maria Amalia of Saxony, the Royal Factory of Capodimonte started a tradition that never ended. Today, attention is rekindled on the production of Neapolitan porcelain with an eye to the past but at the same time attentive to the search for a contemporary design.
