The priority purpose of the Foundation, recognized in 1998 by the Tuscany Region, is to promote cultural events in the territory, with the participation of the national and international artistic world.According to the statutory provisions, the Vacchi Foundation is responsible for organizing exhibitions, concerts, theatrical performances ; promote and develop art history studies; develop his own art gallery; publish critical and literary works on the figurative arts. Some buildings of the Foundation are used as accommodation, in which scholars from foreign universities and academies are housed. Seminars and Masters in painting and art history are also scheduled.
