A major international exhibition-event celebrating the history and tracing the evolution of Urban Art, one of the most hyperdynamic currents of contemporary art. From May 9 to June 30 in Treviso and from July 19 to November 3, 2024 in Monopoli (BA), arrives IN MY NAME. Above the show.

The exhibition is organized by Unlike Unconventional Events with the patronage of the Municipality of Treviso and the Municipality of Monopoli, and curated by Martina Cavallarin with Antonio Caruso, with the artistic direction of MADE514 and the cultural and scientific coordination of Christian Leo Comis. 

The aim of IN MY NAME. Above the show is to take stock of the state of Urban Art thanks to the presence of artists who are the precursors of this discipline. IN MY NAME is original in its intentions, never conventional or aestheticizing, always true to itself and constantly open to experimentation.

BOOST, CENTO CANESIO, DADO, ETNIK, GIORGIO BARTOCCI, HEMO, JOYS, MACS, MADE514, PEETA, PROEMBRION, SATONE, SODA, V3RBO, VESOD, WON ABC, ZED1 are the most authoritative internationally renowned artists who have marked the development of Urban Art in Europe. Descendants of that rebellious culture of Graffiti Writing, emerged in the United States half a century ago, characterized by experimentation and the breaking of old paradigms. With a surprisingly energetic charge, they have invaded the surfaces of cities around the world, giving rise to a true artistic movement that now thrives in open spaces as well as in museums and galleries.
