Guided tour | Guided tour of the artist's archive and PROJECT ROOM # 6.
The exhibition stems from the research that artist Claudia Losi conducted in the Atelier Archive together with Emiliano Biondelli starting from a series of works by Pharaildis Van den Broeck from 2013, including canvases depicting onions. The intervention is a reflection on the concept of the flag, a changeable and permeable sculptural element to space but also a sign of a group of people gathered to carry out a concerted action. The banner is also reminiscent of a sail that transports visitors on a metaphorical journey into the intimate world of Pharaildis Van den Broeck. The archive becomes a place of passage where the symbols of a rite of care materialize, the narrations and desires of the artist to whom the space is dedicated.
