The event

The show will be held at the Ex-Chiesetta Parco Trotter, Via Angelo Mosso 7, Milan.

Istituto Svizzero is pleased to collaborate with the Danae Festival (XXIII edition, Milan 26.09-24.10.2021), supporting the national premiere of the Dédicace performance, curated by La PP / Pierre Piton and Romane Peytavin.

"Welcome to. Enter alone or with friends. Close the door. Choose your music. Press PLAY. Exit at the end of the piece of music ».

With these brief instructions we present the performance Dédicace by La PP / Pierre Piton and Romane Peytavin, a young Swiss company, for the first time in Italy. An unprecedented jukebox, a playful challenge between the two performers on stage and the spectators, who are invited to select a piece of music to their liking and enjoy a performance only for a few close friends. The work is also an opportunity for physical exploration for the performers who enter into a relationship with each other using very simple codes such as canon, repetition, copying, complementarity. A choreographic marathon that poses the question of the effectiveness of the bodies that must respond to the music that is imposed on them.
