The DB Museum Halle (Museum of German Railways) is a railway museum in Halle, Germany. Inaugurated in 2003, it is a detached exhibition site (the third, after the one in Koblenz) of the DB Museum based in Nuremberg. The museum is housed in an old shed from 1895 in which 15 historic railway vehicles were located, adequately renovated to be used as a museum. The collection displays examples of railway vehicles from the former Reichsbahn, the German national railway company during the period of the Weimar Republic and Nazi Germany. It includes: steam locomotives; Diesel locomotives; electric locomotives; auxiliary vehicles. Most of the locomotives and trains on display are freely accessible and can be admired in detail.
