Curated by Denis Curti

150 photographs tell the entire artistic story of the Venetian photographer Fulvio Roiter, who passed away in 2016. The exhibition will bring out all the breadth and internationality of Fulvio Roiter's work, placing him among the most significant photographers of our days.
Starting from the origins and the chance that determined Roiter's first approaches to photography, in the midst of the neorealist season, of which the Venetian photographer inherited the compositional finesse, the path tells the unedited and amazing imaginaries that represent Venice and the lagoon, but also trips to New Orleans, Belgium, Portugal, Andalusia and Brazil. 9 sections derive from it, each an expression of a specific period of Roiter's life and style: The harmony of the tale; Between amazement and wonder: Italy in color; Venice in black and white: a self-portrait; The other Venice; The infinite beauty; Beyond reality; Beyond the borders; Homage to nature; The man without desires.
