The Charnwood Museum is an English local history museum.

See a wide range of exhibits covering the extraordinary history, archeology, geology and vuta industries of both Charnwood and the surrounding areas. Charnwood is an administrative commune in northern Leicestershire which has Loughborough as its main town. It is named after Charnwood Forest, an ancient forest that stretched across much of the Borough. Both our main exhibition galleries and a variable program of temporary exhibitions, usually held in the Charnwood Gallery, are organized here.
