The Exhibition "Humans" by Miniartextil Meets the Liberty of Villa Bernasconi

The Arte&Arte aps Association and the Municipality of Cernobbio are pleased to announce the arrival of "Essence and Nature," an extraordinary fusion of contemporary art and Liberty history with the "Humans" edition of the Miniartextil exhibition, from March 13 to May 12, 2025. The exhibition, which celebrates the beauty of miniature textile art, fits perfectly into the context of the villa, which with its Liberty elegance offers a unique setting for a sensory and visual experience and was designed on the occasion of Como-Cernobbio A/R "Humanity in Villa Bernasconi" with the Teatro Sociale di Como.

The "Humans" edition of the Miniartextil exhibition explores the multiple nuances of the human figure, inviting artists to reflect on our identity, the fragility, and resilience of the human being. Attention to detail and innovative use of materials make each piece a world to discover in all its intricacies.

The exhibition at Villa Bernasconi presents 9 mini-textiles representing the encounter between the refined beauty of the villa and contemporary works in a fusion of past and present, between the historical art of Liberty and the innovation of contemporary textiles.
Among the artists on display, Antonio Bernardo, Hiromi Murotani, and a work by Maimouna Guerresi.

The exhibition will be enriched by various collateral events including guided tours and creative workshops open to the public on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10 am to 6 pm, offering a unique opportunity to experience art in a place that, with its architecture and charm, is not just a frame but an integral part of the artistic experience.
