The Muso del Titere de Cadiz is located in a privileged and symbolic place of the city of Cadiz, namely the Puertas de Tierra. The museum and its spaces are created with the main objective of exhibiting, documenting and preserving the memory and history of the activity of puppeteers, companies, artisans and creators from Spain and the rest of the world. The Museum is characterized by an astructure. times, to be precise 18 and distributed between the first floor and the ground floor. The entrance to the Museum is through the courtyard of the old fire station, which is located next to the Puertas de Tierra tower. The museum concentrates its contents through the permanent exhibition of the "Puppets of the world", with pieces from the collection acquired by the Municipality of Cadiz in Ismael Peña in 2008. This collection consists of more than 500 pieces, among which there are about 350 puppets international.
