The Kunst- und Ausstellungshalle der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, better known as Budeskunsthalle, is one of the most important exhibition spaces in Germany, as the official exhibition center of the Federal Republic. It organizes several temporary exhibitions in the fields of art, culture, history, economics, science and technology, with works from all over the world. The exhibition program focuses on art from all eras. The Bundeskunsthalle also develops and presents an independent program in the performing arts field, with guest performances and in-house productions by various artists and groups from the fields of theater, entertainment, dance and music. It is further used as a venue for lectures, discussions and social performances.
