Duane Michals is an American photographer. From the mid-sixties of the twentieth century, Michals combines his commercial activity with a personal work aimed at the exploration of human emotion, of the inner world, through various forms of manipulation of photographic language such as narrative sequences, multiple exposures and manual interventions of the type pictorial and graphic.
