Description

A valuable element of the Museum's collections is the historical collection of West-Palearctic moths, coming from the former National Institute of Entomology (INE) founded by Count Federico Hartig.The collection, preserved in the original cabinets, dates back to the first half of the 1900s and includes many tens of thousands of specimens and tens of primary types.
