The bronze fibula is decorated with a cross with heart-shaped arms, filled with blue, red and green glass paste, tangents to a clypeus, to which an eagle is inserted. Figures of batrachians are inserted in the resulting spaces of the cross. It is attributable to Carolingian-Ottonian production of the 10th century.
