In Piazza Eremitani is the complex of Museums which groups together the Archaeological Museum and the Museum of Medieval and Modern Art. The Museums are housed in the cloisters of the former convent of the Hermit Friars. The group includes the Scrovegni Chapel and Palazzo Zuckermann.

Among the collections of the Museum of Medieval and Modern paintings that occupies a prominent place certainly. The works, from religious and civic institutions and private gifts, more than 3000, with panels by Giorgione and Titian, and a broad overview of Venetian painting from '300 to' 700.
