The exhibition is dedicated to the three members part of the Annual Art Commission of the Permanente in 2017/2018. The exhibition presents about forty works including sculptures, paintings and drawings, and allows us to discover a cross-section of the work of the three artists: Carlo Catiri, Giulio Crisanti and Alfredo Mazzotta.
Carlo Catiri proposes "Silenti", as a way out of existential disorder, to bring us to a dimension in which silence and quiet contemplation take over. Nature and trees are the subjects of his latest artistic research, as silent testimonies of a neglected and tragically violated world.
Giulio Crisanti considers history and news as the fulcrum of his artistic work. In "14 August 2018 - Zona a Traffico Interdetto” he analyzes the news of the collapse of the Morandi bridge in Genoa and translates the emotion into chromatic tensions and signs.
Alfredo Mazzotta, with his "Sinuous Sequences (from Brera to Brera)" makes us know his world with a series of works from the 70s to today. Protagonists of his works are figures in contortion, as archetypes of soft stylization that recall the sinuosity of the female bodies.
